NOTE ABOUT OPTICARE VISION INSURANCE:

As of November 1, 2024 we will no longer be able to accept Opticare Vision Insurance. We will still be happy to bill PEHP, as well as other insurances, for eye exams and materials. OPTICARE IS NO LONGER IN BUSINESS.

UPDATE ON United Healthcare Medicare:

We have finally been approved by them to accept the medical side of the insurance as of January 1, 2026. Anything that can be billed medically to UHC Medicare can and will be now.
